Position: Retail Shop Specialist (3 Full-time positions available)
Responsibilities:
- Personnel stationed in the shop area
- Help customers determine the appropriate service or product solution to inquire
- Conduct credit history, facility checking, documents verification, and close sales transactions
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
- At least six (6) months of customer service working experience is required for this position
- Effective in Sales and Marketing is an advantage
- Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have good communication skills,both in oral and written
- Willing to work in mall hours
- Single, not more than 28 years old
- Preferably a resident of Cagayan de Oro City
- Able to start immediately
