Position: PROJECT OFFICER (Don Carlos and Iligan Assignment)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation of the HSPFI’s Microfinance Program in his/her area of assignment
- Responsible for organizing, produce performing centers and development of Center Leaders
- Responsible for processing, monitoring, posting and evaluating the loans of clients
Qualifications:
- Male, 22 to 30 yrs. old
- Graduate of any four – year course
- Experience in Community Organizing is an advantage, but not necessary
- Hardworking, good initiative and interpersonal relations
- Good in oral and written communication
- Conversant in Computer Software (WORD & EXCEL)
- Knows how to drive motorcycle and with driver’s license is a plus
- Fresh graduates with good scholastic records are welcome to apply
