Job title: SALES ASSOCIATES

Reporting to: Store Manager; Store Operations Manager

Location: CDO

Responsibilities & duties

Responsibility 1 – Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, mainting solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service

Responsibility 2 – Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements

Responsibility 3 – Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and housekeeping

Responsibility 4 – Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.

Responsibility 5 – Aid customers in locating merchandise

Responsibility 6 – Communicate customer requests to management

Responsibility 7 – Assist in completing price changes within the department

Responsibility 8 – Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts

Responsibility 9 – Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise

Responsibility 10 – Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager
