Car Service Advisor
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepares job orders and discussing/addressing vehicle concerns; securing client approval signature of the vehicle checklist.
• Creates labor and parts cost estimate form with promise of delivery date.
• Maintains excellent client rapport by explaining the job order form and cost estimate form, answering calls/making constant follow-ups, providing mobility assistance.
• Maintains clientele car file records.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , preferably in the field of Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino languages.
• Preferably with experience specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• With pleasing personality.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Applicants are to be assigned within Cagayan de Oro City.
