Positions and Qualifications:

1. Loans Processor

• Receives loan applications and makes sure that all required documents are submitted by the client before loans are processed and endorses it to the CI/ Appraisers
• Responsible for the computation of UDI,RPPD, SC, PF Insurance and other deductions and net proceeds including monthly amortization
• Responsible in the preparation of documents for approved loans and sees to it that all the necessary information are inscribed completely by the client
• Responsible in the issuance of the check and check voucher pertaining to loan process

Qualifications:

• Female, between 20-26 years old and at least 5’2 in height
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Management Accounting
• With at least 6 months to 1 year job related experience
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Computer Literate
• Customer-oriented, keen with details and has a strong sense of urgency
• Must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro.

2. Accounts Representative

• Ensures achievement of monthly booking target
• Present company services to current and potential clients
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
• Identify and resolve client concerns

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, not more than 30 years old
• At least 5’2 in height for female and 5’6 in height for male
• Graduate of any four year Business or Marketing related course
• At least one (1) year job related experience in a financing industry
• Customer-oriented and excellent selling skills
• Good oral & written communication skills
• Knows how to drive & possess a valid driver’s license
• Diligent, honest, meticulous, organized, can work under pressure
• Willing to do field work
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro
