Positions and Qualifications:

1. Front Office Staff

• Responsible for attending front office services to hotel guests and patrons
• Responsible for receiving cash payments from customers

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• At least one (1) year Front Office work experience or other customer service related work
• Preferably knows how to drive
• Single/Married
• Male
• 22-32 years old
• Personable
• Can communicate fluently in English both written and verbal

2. Credit and Collection Supervisor

• Responsible for the proper monitoring of daily cash inflow and outflow of Canoy Group of Companies affiliates (The VIP Hotel, Bestbake Bakeshop & CRDC)
• Responsible for the proper monitoring of Accounts Receivable/Advances of CGC: proper recording, updated billing and timely collections
• Responsible for the evaluation of application for credit line accommodation and credit handling of customers.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of 4-year course preferably BS Accountancy
• At least two (2) years Supervisory related experience
• Has a knowledge in Peachtree Accounting Software
• Male/Female
• Single/Married
• 28-35 years old

3. General Cashier

• Generally in-charge in receiving all daily cash sales of all Canoy Group of Companies affiliates (The VIP Hotel, Bestbake Bakeshop & CRDC.)
• Responsible in daily bank deposits of all cash sales and collection to respective affiliates depository banks.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• At least two (2) years Cash Handling work experience
• Male/Female
• Single/Married
• 25-35 years old
• Honest and Trustworthy

4. Retail Manager

• For C-Gen2 Technologies (Globe Telecom)
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the PD Store
• Responsibility includes achievement of sales and service goals, inventory management (access to Dealer Portal), traffic management, staff scheduling and management reporting

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• At least two (2) years Supervisory related experience
• Can communicate fluently in English both written and verbal
• Effective in Sales and Marketing is a plus
• Single/Married
• Male/Female
• 28-35 years old

5. Inventory Custodian

• For C-Gen2 Technologies (Globe Telecom)
• Backroom personnel accountable for the completeness and movement of inventory items
• Responsible for receipt of stocks, release of stocks to other Store personnel, process transfer request (Store to warehouse/Service Center)
• Inventory unbundling, end-of-day inventory count and generate relevant inventory report.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• At least six (6) months related work experience
• Honest and trustworthy
• Single/Married
• Male/Female
• 22-32 years old
