Sales Supervisor (Solane CDO)

Responsibilities

1. Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
2. Assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
3. Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales Manager .
4. Supervise Sales Representatives .

Requirements

1. Male, 25-30 years old
2. College graduate
3. Excellent in communications at all levels using effective oral and written skills
4. Has proven sales track records
5. Can develop and implement outstanding sales strategies
6. Considerable experience in supervising with large companies of at least 6 month ideally in the same environment
7. Highly analytical, driven, flexible, and has strong leadership skills
8. Willing to travel and to be relocated
9. Must know how to drive with professional driver’s license
