1. PROJECT ENGINEER (MECHANICAL)

– Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
– Male, not more than 35 years old
– With at least 2 years related work experience
– With Good Moral Character & Strong Analytical Background

*Responsible on Mechanical Design Projects and Mechanical related enhancements on production equipment and machines.

2. Systems Staff or Systems Engineer

– Industrial Engineering Graduate
– Male or Female
– Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
– With Good Moral Character & strong analytical background

3. Training and Organizational Development Assistant (T&OD)

– Must be a Graduate of AB/BS Behavioral Science, Psychology, or any related course
– With at least 1 year related experience
– Physically fit to work. With neat and pleasant appearance.
– With working background in Training Facilitation and Management, Organization Diagnosis, Organizational Design and Review, Performance Management, and Competency Development.
– Possesses knowledge on workforce Planning and Analysis, HR Information System, Benefits Planning and Administration, Employee Cases Management, Employee Relations Management, Training Evaluation, and Negotiation Skills.
