Education:
Graduated from high school or evidence of equivalent educational proficiency, preferably supplemented by courses in supervision, organization, management, or communications.

Experience:
One year of experience as a HARDWARE/AUTOPARTS SUPERVISOR/MANAGER or equivalent institutional/commercial experience, or higher-level related experience.
