Position: Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible with supervising Sales and Operations
  • Religiously attends to administrative roles that affect total business
  • Supervise, monitor, and evaluate salesmen performances
  • Conduct coaching, counseling, and planning sessions with respective team
  • Spearheads monthly checking of stocks/sales depending on selling cycle to reinforce and reconcile with Audit
  • Ensure proper and consistent implementation of Company and internal policies
  • Perform other responsibilities that may be additionally assigned by immediate head

Requirements:

  • Male /Female, 24 years and above
  • Candidate must be a degree holder, preferably in Commerce/Business- related courses
  • Must have coaching, counseling, and planning skills
  • Well driven, highly motivated and should have evident leadership prowess
  • Equipped with presentation skills and well versed with computer operations; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,Powerpoint)
  • No issues on travel and future relocations (as deemed necessary)
  • With driving skills, must have proffessional driver’s license
  • Proficient in Interpersonal, Oral, and Written communication skills
  • Sales experience, an advantage
  • Full time positions are available
