- Graduate of Technical or Vocational Course in mechanical/Electrical/Refrigeration
- At least 25 years old, male
- Familiar in GMP, HACCP and ISO processes
- With good moral character
- In excellent physical and mental condition
- Deals with mixed group of Muslim and Christians workers
