A leading manufacturer of high quality edible oils is in need of:
1. Production Engineer (Staff)
Qualifications:
• A graduate of Engineering, preferably Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical and preferably has passed the government licensure examination.
• Must have at least 1-2 years experience in refinery operations in a food processing firm.
• Has initiative, hardworking, enthusiastic and well adjusted person.
• Can work with less supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Attend to the whole process, thorough full attention and control of the appropriate settings and its auxiliary to produce product at the lowest cost, and meet all the product specs possible with due care and maintenance of all equipment to ensure optimum operating life.
• Assists in equipment troubleshooting and repair.
• Regularly logs the operating performance of the process machines.
• Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
• Observe safety and proper housekeeping in the work area.
2. Laboratory Analyst
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• At least one (1) year experience specializing in Manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the providing assistance to the Standards and Quality Assurance Manager in the conduct of quality control for operation, technical research and standardization program for products processed in the plant.
• Conducts laboratory tests and physical/chemical analysis for all raw materials
• Recommends proper action and remedial measures on problems regarding the quality of food commodities.
• Responsible for the safekeeping, repair, and proper maintenance of laboratory facilities, equipment and apparatus.
• Provides technical assistance and expertise to classifiers and production personnel.
• Maintains an accurate and systematic record of all laboratory analysis results of products.
3. Warehouse In-Charge
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-2 years experience specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• With Professional Driver’s License.
Responsibilities:
• Inventory managment, receiving and dispatching.
• Prepare stocks for loading & dispatching based on sales advice and PO’s.
• Restock according to automatic reorder levels.
• Monitor goods received to ensure that orders are received on time, enter items into inventory, and notify accounting department so that invoices can be entered into the accounting system.
• Ensure proper hygiene and neatness within the workplace
• Monitor bad orders received and ensure its proper recording, disposal/dispatching, and return to the main office.
• Work is performed with a high degree of independence and is supervised by the Area Sales Manager.
4. Senior Chemist
Qualifications:
• Candidate must posses at least a bachelor’s/college degree in chemistry, engineering (chemical) or equivalent.
• At least 4-6years of professional experience in related field
• Problem solving skills to facilitate analysis and development of solutions.
• Organized, with focus on attention to details and accuracy as well as customer’s needs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work within a team oriented environment
• Experience working in a quality control lab, and an understanding of basic quality principles.
• Self-starter and quick learner, capable of multi-tasking.
• Must have a team attitude.
5. Genstore In-Charge
Qualifications:
• Must have at least 3 years experience in inventory and warehousing
• A Bachelor’s/College Graduate of Accounting or any business related courses.
Responsibilities:
• To receive materials both from branches and suppliers and issue the same o different requesting departments.
• To monitor and safekeep materials stored in the genstore and conduct periodic inventory count.
• Encode in the sytem all materials received and issued.
• Perform other functions as may be assigned.
6. Filling-in-charge
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Can work with less supervision
Responsibilities:
• Perform the following functions: Laboratory Analysis, production planning and filling, warehousing for Bad Orders.
• Responsible for directing, coordinating, monitoring and controlling the Filling operations pertaining to the production of cooking oil into the different SKUs.
