- With at least 6 months work experience in restaurant or food service work

- Computer literate
4. COOK

- Preferably culinary school graduate
- At least 6 months work experience in the kitchen as cook

5. GELATO BOY
(Gelato is Italy’s version of ice cream, gelato has significantly less butterfat than ice cream’s typical 18 and 26 percent. Gelato has less fat. Less fat does not mean less taste. With the lower butterfat content, gelato is less solidly frozen than ice cream and melts in the mouth faster.Therefore, the customer will taste gelato’s full flavor immediately.)

7. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR

- Can maintain standard level of inventory item
- Willing to work long hours
