Sales Admin/Receptionist

• To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers
• To complete all data gathering, reporting and documentation essential day to day operations

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT

Must:
• Be a graduate of a 4-year course, 21 to 30 years old, female
• be able to converse in Visayan, Tagalog and English
• have very pleasing personality and can elicit customer loyalty
• have a very good memory to remember unit specification and prices
• have strict cleanliness and orderliness standards
• have strong organizational skills

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
• Keeps the showroom area clean and tidy, at all times
• Directs customers to the Sales Consultant on duty
• Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via email
• Administer all unit reservation and office supplies monitoring and documentation
• Keep up to date with current promotions and unit pricing, to provide information to clients
• Fulfill all reasonable requests from clients to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety
• Conduct regular security checks throughout the day and report any security issues to the manager
• Report any maintenance issues immediately to the manager, including all furniture, fittings and equipment
• Provide reports, as required, for housekeeping and management
• Maintain personal knowledge by being up to date with product changes
• Be involved and contribute at team meetings
• Carry out instructions given by the management team and head office
• Be responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for clients
• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Must meet deadlines provided by the management
