1. HR OFFICER – URGENT
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection, policies and procedures, employee relations and discipline, new employee orientation and performance appraisal)
- Institute and maintain appropriate system for measuring necessary aspects of HR development in the branch in coordination with the Head office
- Liaise with other functional/department heads within the branch to ensure full understanding of all aspects and needs of HR development and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements
- Monitor employees performance appraisal based on planned schedules
- Coordinate with the Head Office (Cebu) the Training Programs for employees.
- Implement central HR policies and procedures and programs in the branch while maintaining assurance of a localized suitability.
- Functionally reporting to the Head Office, coordinate with the branch HR Services Group Head at the Head Office on a regular basis all matters concerning branch HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, Business or Management
- At least two (2) years experience as HR Generalist
- Ideally with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Can adapt well with people of all levels

3. TCC TEAM LEADER
Requirements:
- Age from 26 – 40 years old
- Male
- Graduate in any four year course
- At least 5 years experience in Trucking, Concare, Convan Management,Warehouse Management and Logistics
- With leadership skills
- Motivated to work and passionate
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- To provide clients with quality and cargo worthy containers according to their requirement in a safe and secure manner.
- To maximize cvtts system by religiously encoding data required in accordance to 2ps required

- To maximize yardspace by properly marshalling and stowing of containers in a safe and secured location inside the YS.
- To conduct fast and accurate inventory of containers with in the YS and outside and apply necessary penalties to those who violate concare 2ps on container use.
- Zero Storage Charges for containers inside PPA and Oro port Marshalling area.
- To provide reliable subcon trucking that ensure timely and accurate delivery of all cargoes in a safe and secured manner
- To coordinate with inbound and outbound customer service for their trucking needs
- Ensure and monitor POD documents are turn over to POD incharge in a timely manner.
4. Terminal Operations Head (CAGAYAN)
Responsibilities:
- To manage the work schedule of our Terminal Operations Coordinators and forklift Operators in CDO.
- To coordinate with Trucking Dept. regarding the deployment of forklift and trucks
- To ensure that queries from our internal and external customers are attended immediately.
- To ensure that Outbound CSR is given the list of shut-out vans right after vessel’s departure.
- To ensure that our cargo gears weight limitation are strictly complied.
Requirements:
- At least one (1) year experience in shipping especially on Terminal Operations
- Has good analytical skills
- Hard worker; Can work under less supervision
- Can still work well under pressure
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan De Oro City.
5. SALES & MARKETING TEAM LEADER
SUMMARY OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that our monthly sales budget is achieved through constant mentoring, coaching.
- Consistently review factors affecting performance such as competition, sales activities and market scanning.
- Performance analysis and other pertinent activities and to effect changes whenever needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 1. A graduate of business administration or any related business course
- With at least 5 years Sales & Marketing experience
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Has good accounts portfolio, sales network
- Knows how to drive and and get around the city easily
- Good Facilitation Skills
