1. PROJECT SUPERVISOR
• Male, age between 30-40 years old
• Graduate of Engineering-Civil and/or Electrical
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in construction sites
• Knowledge in Autocad, PERT CPM and other Project Management techniques
• Experience in horizontal land development is an advantage
2. PROJECT COORDINATING OFFICER
• Female, age between 30-35 years old
• Preferably graduate of Engineering or any 4-year business course
• Fluent in English, Filipino and Visayan language
• Experience in construction project coordination is an advantage
• Must be pleasing with excellent client management ability
