QUALIFICATIONS:

-18-28 years old
-Female
-At least High School Graduate
-With or without experience.
-Willing to be trained if do not have massage experience
-Pleasing Personality
-Not Over Weight

SALARY INFORMATION:
Php 35.00 daily Allowance
+ rice allowance for 2 meals
+ 30% service commission

Expected Income for efficient therapists ranges from 8,000-10,000 at least including tips

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide consistent professional spa
massage and body treatments compliant
with spa protocols
2. Handle guests’ queries and concerns
efficiently and politely
3. Uphold the standards of hygiene and
sterilization as directed by law and
the spa’s policies and procedures
4. Provide exact, suitable and instant
responses to all requests by clients
5. Possess the aptitude to work with no
direct supervision
6. Regularly present at work
7. Help in all areas of spa operation as
requested by organization
8. Perform prep work, correctly clean
and restock room as necessary
9. Actively support the spa, treatments,
services and retail, in addition to
programs, promotions and/or discounts
obtainable.
10. Be supple with schedule, at the
bottom of the needs of the spa
