MINDANAO INTERNATIONAL CONTAINER TERMINAL SERVICES, INC., an ICTSI Group Company engaged in developing, managing and operating the Mindanao International Containier Terminal located at MCT Complex, PHIVIDEC Industrial Estate, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental is in need of the following:
***ENGINEERING ASSISTANT***
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering or Business Management field, or an equivalent discipline.
• At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field
• Must have working knowledge in office administration
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required
• Must be detail-oriented
• Good organizational, problem-solving and planning skills
• Result oriented/able to achieve the target within given time
• Good English communication, both oral and written
• Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Timely preparation and submission of engineering reports and correspondence as maybe required from time to time.
2. Consolidates all the accomplishment reports prepared and submitted by the Section Supervisors and Foreman, and submits to Department Head every month-end.
3. Prepares manning schedule of the department in close coordination with the Section Supervisors and Foreman, and submits the schedule to the Engineering and Maintenance Department Head for approval.
4. Conducts monthly meter reading on power and water usage of the entire facility to check the accuracy of the billing reports in coordination with the HR Administrative Assistant.
5. Maintains and monitors essential document filing and record keeping management of cargo handling equipment (CHE) maintenance and inspections related documents as specified in the Engineering Corporate Policy Manual.
6. Assists the Maintenance Planner on matters relating to the administration of the Integrated Computer Aided Maintenance (ICAM) system as maybe required from time to time.

***CMS ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE FOREMAN***
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electro-Mechanical / Electrical) related fields
• At least two (2) years working experience in leading people
• Has leadership skills in the field of facilities management
• Able to exercise good judgment, critical thinking and decision making skills
• Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate/able to use standard software programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint.
• Able to drive a four-wheel vehicle with valid driver’s license, an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plans, assigns, schedules, and supervises the work of electricians, mechanical technicians and maintenance personnel.
• Conducts inspections and gives on-site supervision over hazardous or unusual work assignments; assures availability of equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Estimates the time and material costs required for projected jobs; keeps cost and job records, initiates requisitions for supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Enforces safety regulations, rules, and working conditions.
• Prepares and submits maintenance reports, work orders and work requests
