Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC)

Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc. engaged in integrated property management services including building administration and maintenance, lease administration activities, commercial center and subdivision maintenance, and special technical services. It continues to provide property management services for shopping centers, subdivision, parking structures, waterworks operations and other properties developed by Ayala Land and its subdiaries.

We are in need of young, dynamic, and intelligent professionals for the position of:

1. Property Manager (Cagayan de Oro Based)

Responsibilities:

-Oversee overall operations of a village
-Implement company’s management standards, operating plans, and programs for the property
-Maintain efficiency and adequacy of equipment
-Conduct regular coordination meeting with staff, company officers and customers
-Prepare and monitor budget for operations and maintenance against actual expenditures
-Ensure accurate billing and collection
-Ensure strict compliance of the property with all government requirements
-Attend to customers’ inquiries, requests and concerns.

Requirements:

-Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
-Minimum of 2 years work experience in any relevant field
-Customer service oriented
-Good leadership skills
-Proficient in verbal and written English

2. Technical Assistant (Alegria Hills)

Responsibilities:

– Assist Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the property
– Ensure equipment reliability
– Prepare cost estimate and scope of work
– Perform utilities monitoring and submit report
– Spearhead the maintenance group
– Initiate enercon and system improvements
– Assist tenants in their inquiries/concerns

Requirements:

– Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer
– At least 1 year experience in Equipment Maintenance, Project Management or Construction
– Has background in preparing and evaluating plans, cost estimate, and quality assurance/control.
– Customer service oriented and can work under pressure.
– Good communication skills.
– Good leadership skills
– Fresh graudates are also encouraged to apply
