Positions and Qualifications:

1. HR Admin

Responsibilities will include:

• Create a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
• Develop a pool of agents in case of need
• Post openings in newspapers and in other position appropriate venues. Utilize the Internet for recruitment
• Will assist in taking care of payroll, deductions, benefits and etc…
• Conduct pre screening interviews
• Assist in interviewing and selecting employees onsite
• Preparing new employee orientation packages
• And can handle any other related assignment that may be needed

2. IT Specialist

Interested applicants should have experience or knowledge in:

• MySQL Database
• Knowledge in Linux System Administration
• Knowledge in VICIdial
• Networking
• Trouble Shooting
• Knowledge in creating a sever / FTP, Web and Mail server
• And other basic IT trades (PC Hardware, Firewall etc…)

Responsibilities will include:

• Setup client software when needed
• Maintain and provide support for Customer Relationship Management
• Maintaining company server
• Prepare IT budget
• Responsible for maintaining and keeping the Company’s telecommunication systems running with minimal downtime
