-MEPF SUPERVISOR/HEAD: At least 5 years of work experience earned from construction company in the same capacity.
-ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR: At least 3-5 years of work experience earned from construction company in the same capacity.
-SITE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERS: At least 3 years of work experience earned from construction company in the same capacity (for Cagayan de Oro).
2. ENGINEERS:
-CIVIL ENGINEERS
-MECHANICAL ENGINEERS
-ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS
-SITE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERS
-ARCHITECTS
3. OFFICE STAFF:
-ADMIN ASSISTANT
-ADMIN PERSONNEL
-ACCOUNTING PERSONNEL
-AUTOCAD
-I.T PERSONNEL
4. SKILLED WORKERS:
-LEADMEN
-FOREMEN
-CARPENTERS/MASONS/STEELMEN/WELDERS
-SCAFFOLDERS
-CONSTRUCTION HELPERS
