ROVING STORE SUPERVISOR for CDO
JOB SUMMARY
Formulates strategies and solutions to ensure achievement of team’s monthly quota
Ensures proper manpower planning, monitoring, training and evaluation
Monitors Supervisors and In Charges to implement company policy and procedures
Ensures prescribed control systems are in place and identifies weaknesses and recommends solutions
Solves Stock management problems
Orients store on policies and procedures for uniform implementation
Coordinates with Audit Department regarding physical count, reconciliation etc.
Ensures consistent and timely image implementation in the stores
Assists the Store Operations Manager in liaising with mall leasing department
Coordinates with suppliers, contractors, banks and other outside agencies as required
Performs other tasks and related functions that may be assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of business courses
Male or Female; between 25 to 30 years old;
single or married
With at least 5 years experience in the related field
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent people handling skills
Analytical, good problem solver and has good negotiating skills
