Mazda Cagayan de Oro is looking for:

BRANCH HEAD

Job Summary:
Monitors the entire operations of the department and the sections within it;

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Coordinates with the VP- General Manager and EVP- Finance for the planning and implementation of necessary programs and projects of the organization

– Ensures achievement of Sales and Service quota

– Monitors Administrative- related expenses and the operational cost (utilities, office repairs and equipment purchases)

– Monitors all government related permits, and other FGP mandated requirements in relation to the operation of the dealership.

– Promotes open communication and provide feedback information with other department.

– Submits Administrative Proposals and Request to General Manager and VP Finance

– Disseminates and implements approved projects, programs and plans through department heads.

– Analyzes and organizes office operation and procedures such as preparations, payroll personnel, information management, filing system, requisition of supplies and other clerical supplies.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

– graduate of business-related or management course.

– with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience

– with good analytical skills; computer literate

– with above average interpersonal, planning, leadership, managerial and communication skills.
