1. PURCHASER
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any filed.
• At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field
• Has the ability to be self-managed and set priorities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint.
• Able to drive a four-wheel vehicle with valid driver’s license, an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Timely placement of canvass reports, purchase orders and delivery of materials that meet the departmental order requirements and maintain stock inventory levels within approved guidelines.
• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services of suppliers.
• Maintain complete and updated purchasing records/data and pricing.
• Facilitate importation and logistics requirements.
• Perform regular supplier sourcing and accreditation.
• Maintain supplier’s profile and conducts quarterly & semi-annually Supplier’s Evaluation.
2. FACILITIES MAINTENANCE FOREMAN
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electro-Mechanical / Electrical / Mechanical) related fields
• At least two (2) years working experience in leading people
• Has leadership skills in the field of facilities management
• Able to exercise good judgment, critical thinking and decision making skills
• Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate/able to use standard software programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint.
• Able to drive a four-wheel vehicle with valid driver’s license, an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plans, assigns, schedules, and supervises the work of electricians, mechanical technicians and maintenance personnel.
• Conducts inspections and gives on-site supervision over hazardous or unusual work assignments; assures availability of equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Estimates the time and material costs required for projected jobs; keeps cost and job records, initiates requisitions for supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Enforces safety regulations, rules, and working conditions.
• Prepares and submits maintenance reports, work orders and work requests
