Network Officer/Coordinator

Essential Duties

Primary function is to coordinate and align schedules of shipping with the Service Partners. He/she is also responsible in monitoring, implementing proper usage of the system, validating of inputs, and forwarding SOA to the next person in charge of the preparation of billing and documentation. Person in charge of this position should conduct documentation and reporting support at all times and as per instruction of the Operations Head. Monitor individual performance to achieve or technical and career growth.

Administrative Tasks

• Plans, monitors, executes, and evaluates Network guidelines.
• Coordinates and monitors alignment of booking schedules of all shipments.
• Assists Service Partners in performing accurate and on time delivery/transfer of items based on HWB.
• Ensures proper coordination with Sales, Dispatch, and Warehouse to complete shipping process accurately.
• Provides on time and accurate reports/feedback to Service Partners about the incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Manages effectively Service Partners concerns.
• Validates accurate encoding and monitoring of SOA • Ensures proper handling and caution of items upon shipment.
• Uses proper forms and system generated reports as approved by the Operation in performing and monitoring shipments.
• Performs diligently all Network policies at all times.
• Performs all Operation Department’s procedures with diligent implementation of the MOP.
