QUALIFICATIONS:
> Male, not more than 35 yrs old
> Must have an experience in Banquet and Catering Services Ability to
> work well with others
Functions :
1. Cooking, preparing and presenting food in an aesthetically pleasing way for the guests.
2. Organize and instruct other personnel working in the kitchen whenever the Chef Cook is not present to ensure that recipes are prepared correctly.
3. Adhere to expectations and health regulations set by the Hotel and the public health department.
