Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation, the owner-developer of the 360-hectare masterplanned Pueblo de Oro township project in Cagayan de Oro City, invites dynamic and topnotch individuals for the position of:
1. SALES ASSISTANT
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Product Manager in implementing the company’s sales activities for the various product lines and in providing full customer service to our valued clients. The prospective candidate must have the following:
• A four (4) year degree in any business related course;
• At least one (1) year work experience, preferably with Real Estate;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge in various computer software applications;
• Capable of multi-tasking;
• Single or Married, Female, not more than 35 years old.
2. SECRETARY / ASSISTANT
The successful candidate shall be responsible for taking minutes of meetings; receiving calls and correspondences (letters, e-mails, invitations and memos);scheduling of appointments and meetings; arranging travel plans (domestic & international) including budgeting; and drafting correspondences and presentations as required. The prospective candidate must have the following:
Education: a graduate of any 4-year degree course
Work Experience: 2-year relevant work experience
Special Skills: Above average intellectual skills
Computer Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in written and verbal skills in the English language
Good interpersonal relations
Typing (30-40WPM)
3. JUNIOR PROJECT ENGINEER
The successful candidate shall be responsible in monitoring and tracking of materials issued to contractors’ vis-à-vis percentage of work completed. The prospective candidate must have the following:
• Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering, not necessarily license engineer;
• Male; age range between 22 – 35 yrs. Old;
• Must have a working knowledge on estimates and engineering plans;
• At least 6 months experience in civil works;
• Willing to work under pressure and on extended hours;
• Computer Literate (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.)
4. COLLECTION ASSISTANT (Contractual)
The successful candidate shall be responsible in preparing, maintaining and monitoring individual client’s ledger and account receivables. The ideal candidate we are looking for must have:
• A 4 year college graduate pref. accounting or business related course;
• Preferably with2-3 yrs worked experience with the finance and/or credit & collection department, SAP knowledge is a plus;
• Above average communication and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge of various computer software and applications;
• Female;
• Single;
• 23 – 35 years old
