Qualifications:

Job Summary: Electrical switchboard estimator

Qualifications:

1. 1-3 years’ work experienced in same field.
2. Read customer “Request for Quotation” & study detailed specification, Single line drawings, data sheets, etc.
3. BS Electrical or BS Electronic Engineering Graduate
4. Contact customers for any needed clarifications.
5. Estimate project costs using costing tools “either software or manual costing sheets”.
6. Prepare a rough sketch of the Switchboard layout in order to accurately determine the size and cost of enclosure, bus bar, etc.
7. Prepare complete offers and participate in techno-commercial discussions with customer along with sales
8. Revise the offers to accommodate client’s comments whenever required.
9. Review awarded contracts and participate in project launch.
10. Contact vendors whenever required.
11. Respond to customer queries

Qualification:

1. At least 2 years and above work experienced
2. BS ELECTRICAL or ELECTRONICS ENG’G GRADUATE
3. Develop detailed design drawings using Eplan and computer-assisted drafting (CAD) software.
4. Coordinate with and consult design engineer to prepare and modify design, layout, or detail drawings.
5. Prepare technical submittal for different jobs wherever required.
6. Prepare operation and maintenance manual / final drawings.
7. Prepare and modify drawings as per client requirements for specific projects.
8. Prepare standard formats of submittals & operation and maintenance Manual as per requirement.
9. Prepare documentation for various projects as per the client requirements.

*PRODUCTION MANAGER:

JOB SUMMARY:

• Day to Day management of the plant power generation production lines, production planning and allocating resources.
• Ensuring that the company strategy is fully implemented to achieve Quality Delivery and Cost in line with time frame, working closely with the other managers to plan in new product for serial production identifying best practice production techniques.
• Generate reports to the management weekly and monthly against targets and KPIs.

A production manager should involve in both the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage.
A large part of production management involves dealing with people, particularly those who work in your team and other departments

*PROCESS MANAGER:

JOB SUMMARY:

• Day to Day management of the plant power generation process lines, process planning and allocating resources.
• Developing capacity plans; managing financial budgets and setting aggressive department goals that support current and future objectives
• Supporting process development and improvement endeavours
• Ensuring and championing department adherence to Quality regulatory and GMP requirements

A process manager should involve in both the process (planning) stage as well as the process (control and supervision) stage.
A large part of process management involves dealing with people, particularly those who work in your team and other departments

It is essential that the role holder has a solid understanding of one or more process improvement tools and methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and root cause analysis)

*QUALITY MANAGER:

• Day to Day management of the plant power generation quality lines, quality planning and allocating resources
• Manufacturing/ Process Quality (M/P Q) Manager manages the M/P Q Department in accordance with Corporate standards
• Assures that proper controls and documentation are instituted and maintained during the manufacturing, processing, packaging and warehousing of in-process and finished product

As a plant quality manager, the ideal candidate will have 3 – 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and 8 – 12 years of engineering or manufacturing experience. To be successful in this position, the candidate will be comfortable interacting with all internal departments and will continuously drive change in an extremely reactionary environment
