1. OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

-A graduate of any Engineering course
-Male or Female; Not over 25 years old
-Can relate well to all levels in the organization
-Has good communication skills
-Willing to work long hours and holidays
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

2. TENANT RELATIONS OFFICER

-Graduate of any Engineering or business related courses
-With experience in property and tenant management or building administration is preferred but not required
-Must have excellent communication skills both in oral and written communication; Above average Interpersonal skills.
-Can relate well in all levels of the organization, with good sense of judgment, confident and smart.
-Supervisory experience is needed.

3. ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

-Female; Graduate of Accountancy or Management Accounting.
-With very good communication skills, highly analytical, keen to details and results-oriented;
-Not more than 25 years old.
-CPA license is not required.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

4. PROPSMAN

-Male; not more than 25 years old.
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture, Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent. -Experience in Art Design is an advantage
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
