SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager who has a strong passion and knowledge of Social Media.
Job Description
The role of the Social Media Manager is to oversee all Social Media accounts of various Boomclick clients. The functions below are expected of the Social Media Manager:
• Develop strategies to push clients’ Social Media initiatives, using Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube in their marketing plans. At the same time, must apply best practice when implementing these social media strategies.
• Create strategic monthly calendar for posts.
• Engage with existing fans by replying to comments and by posting compelling and creative contents.
• Communicate with clients and account manager regularly for promotion updates and other related social media tasks.
• Generate monthly client status reports and other ad hoc reports as needed.
• Create Facebook mock up pages which include, but not limited to, Facebook page tabs.
Skills and Experience
• At least one year solid experience in managing Facebook business page, Twitter, or other social media accounts.
• Background in the following is an advantage: Facebook advertising, Facebook Insights, or Facebook Sponsored Stories
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Creative, must be able to think outside of the box in order to compose engaging posts or articles when needed.
• Able to adapt to the European market, particularly UK or Irish markets.
• Fast learner and willing to learn and to apply third-party tools for Social Media campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
• Highly organized and can multi-task
