Positions and Qualifications:

1. KITCHEN / PRODUCTION MANAGER

  • Male / Female
  • 23-35 years old
  • Must have 1 year of kitchen management experience in a full service, moderate to high volume restaurant
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills & has background in people handling
  • Culinary school background a plus
  • Finger/hand dexterity to operate kitchen machinery, knives, etc
  • Willing to work long hours
  • Willing to undergo extensive training

2. SALES OFFICER / SALES ANALYST

  • Female
  • 23-35 years old
  • Accounting graduate / any business related course
  • 1 year experience in Sales
  • Highly motivated & can work under minimum supervision
  • Good in customer relation
  • With good moral character
  • Physically fit
  • With pleasing personality and good in convincing people
  • Computer literate

3. CATERING OFFICER

  • Female, not more than 35 years old
  • Graduated of any 4-year course or at least college level
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, self-motivated, assertive and customer oriented
  • Computer literate
  • Knows how to do skirting, set-up, buffet decorating, etc.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months experience in Catering Services or Restaurant Phase
  • Knowledgeable in Marketing
  • Willing to work until night time

4. HR OFFICER

  • Female; 21-35 years old
  • Preferably Psychology graduate
  • At least 5 months experience in Human Resource
  • Willing to undergo extensive training
  • Highly motivated & can work under minimum supervision
  • Must have initiative & ability to manage multiple task
  • With above average analytical & communication skills
  • With good moral character & People oriented

5. BAKER (Experienced)

  • Male / Female
  • 20-30 years old
  • College level or Preferably College Grad w/HRM/culinary course
  • With 3 – 5years work experience in baking or food service work
  • Willing to work long hours
  • Computer literate

6. DINING SUPERVISOR/MANAGER

  • Male / Female
  • 25-35 years old
  • College Grad. preferably w/ HRM / any Business related course
  • 1-2 years Experience in people management (Store Supervisor/Manager)
  • Willing to work long hours
  • Willing to undergo extensive training
  • Good in both oral & written communication
