Company: HAGDAN SA PAG-USWAG FOUNDATION, INC. a non-government developmental organization promoting Christian values through its microfinance services operating in Mindanao is need of:

Position: INTERNAL AUDITOR

The Internal Auditor position involves the following duties:

• Provide over-all administration in conducting internal and field audits
• Ascertains that accounting principles, auditing procedures are observed in the classification of accounts and in the preparation of financial statements
• Spot checks cashier and conduct quarterly financial analysis of project expenditures according to actual accomplishments and targets
• Conducts regular audit to all Branches
• Prepare narrative audit report and confers with Finance Manager to be submitted to the Board Chairman through the Executive Director about the results of the financial analysis for each report
• Reviews and formalizes implementation and evaluation plan of various projects based on the operation’s manual • Review project studies and prepares project analysis
• Other tasks that maybe assigned as need arise

Qualifications:

• Preferably BS Accountancy graduate
• At least 2 years experience in the accounting position
• Accustomed to accounting and audit work
• Analytical and Meticulous
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in teams
• Proven leadership
• Above-average communication skills (Written & Oral)
• Fresh graduates with good scholastic records are welcome to apply
• Willing to travel anywhere in Mindanao and can work immediately
