1. CMS ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of any Engineering course, preferably licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Has initiative, hardworking, enthusiastic and well adjusted person.
• Willing to work longer hours.
• Can work with less supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares technical design and drafting works of projects based on a given specification for submission and approval by immediate superior.
• Coordinates the activities of the motor pool, electrical, mechanical and carpentry groups to ensure that repair and fabrication works are done and conforms to specified plans and designs.
• Assists in the monitoring and evaluation of the on-going repair and maintenance activities on infrastructure and other technical/engineering facilities.
• Assists in the inspection of materials and industrial parts purchased by the plant prior to acceptance.
• Conducts inspection of all machinery and plant facilities as well as analysis of various technical activities undertaken.
• Prepares required reports, communication and other documents pertaining to technical and engineering activities and submits the same for review and approval.
• Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time.

2. INVENTORY ANALYST

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, must be a CPA.
• At least 6- 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Has initiative, hardworking, enthusiastic and well adjusted person.
• Willing to work longer hours.
• Can work with less supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing production work orders and the subsequent update and analysis of costs.
• Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of inventories.
• Participate in the monthly physical count of inventories.
• Assist in the completion of internal audit requirements.
• Contribute ideas and continually challenge existing work practices to improve efficiencies
• Process manufacturing accounting on a daily basis of work orders; and
• Other functions that may be added as the need arises.

3. MARKETING STAFF

Requirements:

• Male or female, not more than 30 years old
• College Graduate with degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Food Technology, Hotel & Restaurant Management or Engineering courses. Preferably cum laude from Xavier University
• Knowledgeable in brand developments, sales analysis and market research
• Can handle special events for the company
• With strong background in Engineering, Public Relation or Advertising communication a major advantage
• Candidate must be proactive, honest, organized, resourceful, efficient and an “out of the box” thinker
• Skilled in PowerPoint, excel and graphic design applications
• Strong team player and can work well under pressure
• Result oriented and have a winning attitude
• Willing to do fieldwork.
• Fresh graduates with good scholastic records are welcome to apply.

4. AR ACCOUNTANT

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of any business related courses.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Has initiative, hardworking, enthusiastic and well adjusted person.
• Willing to work longer hours.
• Can work with less supervision.
• Contract for 5 months, offer good remuneration.
• To start immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible in encoding into the system accounts receivable related transactions.
• Summarizing and validating monthly sales transaction.
• Prepares monthly analysis of Sales deductions.
• Prepares and matches Credit and Debit Memos of customers.
• Monitors & Coordinates to sales personnel.
• Verifies sales invoices, checks and monitors consolidated monthly sales, filing of AR related documents.
