1. DRAFTSMAN /SALES COORDINATOR

Duties and Resposibilities:

• Design plans using autocad, v-ray or other design software.
• Accommodates walk-in customers and attends to their queries and other needs
• Coordinates with other departments for necessary information

Qualifications:

• Male or Female not more than 30 years old
• Graduate of any Design Course
• Knowledgeable in AutoCADD, V-ray or other design software
• Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications
• Willing to do field work if necessary
• Must have Good communication skills
• Able to operate under pressure

2. SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Qualifications:

• Male or Female not more than 30 years old
• A minimum of 1 year experience in sales related work and must be sales oriented and self-motivated
• Must have Good communication and negotiation skills
• Able to operate under pressure
• Willing to do field work and travel within Mindanao
• Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications

3. SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies, plans and objectives
• Develop strong customer relationships
• Prepares marketing reports

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, at least 25 years old not more than 30 years old
• Preferably graduate of business course Major in Marketing
• A minimum of 2 years marketing administrative experience or any marketing related work
• Must have Good communication and negotiation skills
• Able to operate under pressure
• Willing to travel
