Positions and Qualifications:

1. Finance & Insurance Staff

Aids the F&I Specialist in doing clerical duties such as processing, filing and organizing of finance insurance and LTO documents; assists in preparing reports for submission to the Management; supports F&I Specialist in marketing more insurance sales.

• graduate of any four-year business related course
• organized and systematic
• computer literate
• with at least six months of relevant work experience

2. General Sales Manager

To manage and administer all personnel and operations in the Sales Department to ensure that everything is in keeping with company policies; sees to the thorough formulation and implementation of all sales and marketing initiatives for vehicle sales; monitors actual performance of all sales groups within the Department; provide sales force with the necessary support.

• preferably a graduate of Business Management or other related courses
• with one to two years of relevant work experience
• with good communication and interpersonal skills
• with good managerial and mentoring skills
• customer-oriented, organized and systematic
