Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Responsible with sales and operations management, negotiations, target setting and proposals
Supervise and monitors salesmen performance
Conducts planning session with sales coordinator and salesmen
Timely submission of required reports
Conducts monthly audit on stocks depending on selling cycle
Other responsibilities that may be additionally assigned by immediate head

Requirements:

Male 24-35 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must have excellent leadership skills
Excellent in Oral and Written communication skills
Computer Literate
Must know how to drive Must be willing to travel
