Sales Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Responsible with sales and operations management, negotiations, target setting and proposals
- Supervise and monitors salesmen performance
- Conducts planning session with sales coordinator and salesmen
- Timely submission of required reports
- Conducts monthly audit on stocks depending on selling cycle
- Other responsibilities that may be additionally assigned by immediate head
Requirements:
- Male 24-35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have excellent leadership skills
- Excellent in Oral and Written communication skills
- Computer Literate
- Must know how to drive Must be willing to travel
