HUMAN RESOURCE HEAD
Reports to the General Manager
POSITION DESCRIPTION
A Human Resource Head will handle recruitment process, employee concerns, and maintains good relationship among employees and management by creating reinforcement activities that motivate and encourage employees to be more productive and determined with work.
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
• Accurate HR Reports, and documents are submitted on time
• Supervisor is appropriately informed of area activities
• HR functions are completed in accordance with the standards and procedures
• Employee Feedback, Satisfaction, Retention, and Engagement
• Good relationship with co-workers
• Maintain an updated HR Manual
• Advise HR Officer or the General Manager whereabouts when out of the compound.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Educational Attainment : A graduate of Psychology or equivalent
Required Knowledge : Organizational Development; Compensation & Benefits Administration; Work Ethics; Labor Code; Computer Applications such as but not limited to MS Office, & Open Office
Experience Required : At least one (3) years experience as HR Head
28 years old and above
Skills / Abilities : Good English communication skills; Good interpersonal skills; Good analytical skills; Attentive to details; Results oriented; Well- organized; Flexible; Computer Literate
