Qualifications:

• Male
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Licensed)
• At least 2 years working experience preferably in a construction or facility maintenance position
• Should have an excellent verbal and communication skills
• Strong organization and leadership skills
• knowledge of techniques and crafts involved in preventive maintenance, housekeeping, and construction
• Open to new ideas and adaptable to changing technology
• Computer literate
