Qualifications:
- Male
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Licensed)
- At least 2 years working experience preferably in a construction or facility maintenance position
- Should have an excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong organization and leadership skills
- knowledge of techniques and crafts involved in preventive maintenance, housekeeping, and construction
- Open to new ideas and adaptable to changing technology
- Computer literate
