1. Logistics Coordinator
(CDO)
• Candidate is a graduate of any 4 year business related bachelor’s degree course.
• Minimum of 4-5 years work experience related to Logistics or other related work.
• Has initiative, hardworking, enthusiastic and well adjusted person.
• Willing to work longer hours.
• Computer literate is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro City
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Monitor the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods. Coordinate and control the delivery cycle and associated information systems.
• Monitor Stock availability, trends, needs, and make projections to forecast sales requests, make arrangements, and deliver requirements on time.
• Forecast stock levels, delivery times and transport costs.
• Discuss defective or unacceptable new goods or services with Users, vendors, and others to determine cause of problems and take corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze logistical problems and produce new solutions.
• Maintenance of trucks and other vehicle.
2. Logistics Assistant
• Must be a graduate of any 4-year business related course (preferably a graduate of AB Economics)
• Must have good scholastic record
• Must have a “follow through” attitude
• Must be good in planning
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must know how to use resources efficiently
• Must have high regard to good work ethics
3. Sales Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Accepts SOP from all salesmen of Mindanao customers.
• Handles proper documentation of Sales
• Encodes SO for confirmation by logistics accurately and without delay
• Prints Sales Invoices and send to logistics timely for delivery
• Maintain good customer relations with buyers including coordination for deliveries and concerns
• Coordinates with logistics for timely deliveries to customers
• Submits final sales invoice daily to Sales services coordinator for updating
• Processes documentation of Sales to Employees including Mazola sales ( Every Saturday).
• To practice and implement 5S, GMP, and HACCP in the workplace.
• To perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year minimum work experience in handling marketing or sales.
• Must be a college graduate
• Results oriented
• Computer literate; knowledge in ERP system With excellent communication skills (articulate, quick thinker, can grasp ideas easily)
• With great regard to good customer service
• Practice professionalism
• Good in planning & organizing
• With ideal work ethics
