Position:

Field Logistics Officer
Cagayan de Oro City

Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement chain, travel, vehicle fleet and technical equipments and its maintenance
• Advise the mission on all technical aspects and report for logistics issues
• Manage the project premises (accommodation, offices, storage, buildings)
• Knowledge on information technology
• Coordinate meetings, events, etc…

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Logistics or related fields
• At least 3 years experience in specializing in Inventory/Material and Logistics Management or equivalent is required for this position
• Very good communication skills – verbal and written
• Strong computer skills
• Skills in formulating policy and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures based on the programs rules
• Highly responsible, dynamic, trustworthy, organized, and with good interpersonal skills
