POSITION : ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN
QUALIFICATIONS :
•Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Civil), or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Architecture – Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skill(s): AutoCad.
• Male and Female 26 years old or below.
• Well verse in multiple CAD programs and or platforms, general computing theory and a variety of productivity applications.
• Proficient in the latest AutoCAD and/or Microstation, Microsoft Office or Windows applications.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans.
• Ability to prepare construction plans and As-Built drawings(Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical)
• Can interpret instruction either written, oral diagram or scheduled.
• Wide knowledge using computer software to create project designs and perspective.
