1. HR Manager

Responsibilities:

Plans, directs, supervise and coordinate the work activities of the Human Resource department relating to the areas of: organizational structure, recruitment and employment, employee compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, orientation/training/development and policy/procedure development.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Proficient with both oral and written communication. Solid demonstration of leadership, direction setting and influencing others. Understanding of all legal laws and ability to resource plan accordingly and comply with legal obligations. A tract record of strong initiative, priority setting and follow through. Excellent critical thinking/problem solving ability. Trustworthy and handles sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and tact.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Female; 30 years old and above
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan De Oro.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

2. Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, critical analysis, strong leadership skills.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan De Oro.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
