-24-30 YEARS OLD
-2-3 YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE
-PLEASING PERSONALITY
-GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
-draw details or portions of buildings to scale, including floor plans, elevations, and sections; prepare simple layouts; make tracings; prepare lists of equipment; make requisition drawings and bills of material; and prepare sketches for furniture, alterations, and room arrangements.
2. AUTOCAD OPERATOR/DRAFTMAN
-Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
-Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required skill(s): AutoCad.
-Male and Female 26 years old or below.
-Well verse in multiple CAD programs and or platforms, general computing theory and a variety of productivity applications.
-Proficient in the latest AutoCAD and/or Microstation, Microsoft Office or Windows applications.
-Ability to read and understand construction plans.
-Ability to prepare construction plans and As-Built drawings(Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical)
-Can interpret instruction either written, oral diagram or scheduled.
-Wide knowledge using computer software to create project designs and perspective.
