Administrative Assistant

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage schedules, appointments, travel, meetings, etc.
2. Organize correspondence,email and respond to requests for information;
3. Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

•Female, not over 27 years old
•Graduate of any business course
•Strong knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel
•Ability to deal with multiple staff in a demanding environment with often tight deadlines
•Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work with minimum supervision
•Ability to handle matters that are confidential
