Requirements:

Education : College degree in BS or AB Psychology, BS Human Resource Management, or other Behavioral Science courses

Work Experience/s : At least one (1) year in human resource management functions specifically in recruitment & placement, training & career development, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Must be willing to perform jobs beyond the call of duty as necessary.
Must have exceptional presentation skills.
Must be computer literate.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan De Oro.
