Qualifications:
-College Degree Graduate preferably in Communications, Journalism, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Organizational Development, Mechanical Engineering.
-At least (2) years and above of working experience specializing in Training & Development or equivalent,
-Above average Communication Skills.
-Proficient in written & oral communication.
-Is knowledgeable in Product and Sales Skills, Learning & Development.
-Keen interest in Training and Market Research and Analysis.
-Experience in automotive dealership is an advantage.
-A car enthusiast is a plus!
-Computer Literacy is required. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications. (MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
