1. Finished Goods Warehouse In-charge

Functions:

• Responsible in warehouse planning and space utilization for proper storage of stocks
• Responsible in assuring stock availability, control, replenishment and monitoring (e.g. monitor daily posting of product inventory report, FIFO and lot codes.)
• Countercheck all items for dispatch including all FG documents and reports
• Monitor the Daily load plan schedule and ensure on time delivery as requested
• Performs stock level analysis of fast moving and non moving stocks
• Responsible in checking all movements both inbound and outbound transaction in the warehouse are properly documented per receiving and dispatching procedures
• Responsible in planning the daily dispatch of vehicles assigned to FG for customer delivery and to related plant/warehouse transfers.

Requirements:

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 5year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Davao
• Has relevant experience (at least 4-5 yrs) in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Can extend working hours
• Must have excellent leadership skills
• Must have initiative
• This is a Full-Time position.

2. Logistics Supervisor (CDO & CEBU)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods. Coordinate and control the delivery cycle and associated information systems.
• Monitor Stock availability, trends, needs, and make projections to forecast sales requests, make arrangements, and deliver requirements on time.
• Forecast stock levels, delivery times and transport costs.
• Analyze logistical problems and produce new solutions.
• Maintenance of trucks and other vehicle.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time position available.
• Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro City and Cebu

3. Finished Goods Dispatcher

Responsibilities:

• Receives/ Checks stocks
• Conduct actual daily inventory
• Submit daily variance report
• Prepare all stocks for loading in the staging area
• Check all products for dispatch and loading advice for stocks confirmation
• Prepare order for walk-in costumers

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
• Must have at least 1 to 2 years experience in dispatch
• Must be computer literate
• Must be good in oral and written communication
• Must be flexible in work schedule
• Can handle stress
