1. ROOM ATTENDANT
• Male/Female;
• At least 5’7” for male and at least 5’5 for female;
• Not older than 25 yrs. old;
• Graduate of B.S Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course;
• Has Good Communication Skills;
• Must have training experience in Housekeeping in a hotel;
• Neat & presentable, punctual, and good attitude & courteous;
• Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply;
2. MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
The maintenance supervisor is responsible for planning and overseeing the work of maintenance staff to ensure safe and efficient operations of the hotel. The maintenance Supervisor is tasked with the upkeep of buildings and grounds, as well as upkeep of machinery needed to operate and maintain the hotel. In addition to directing the work of subordinates, the maintenance supervisor may also be required to perform maintenance duties himself as needed such as repairs to building fixtures; change locks; replace floor tile; unstop clogged drains; repair or replace plumbing fixtures; patch holes in walls; replace faucet washers; perform roof repairs; spot paint exteriors; paint building interiors; assist resident manager, operate lawn care equipment; clean unit interiors; perform miscellaneous carpentry repairs; perform minor masonry duties, maintain supplies and records. .
• Must be male;
• Not older than 45 years. old;
• Preferably Licensed Mechanical Engineer;
• Has Good Communication Skills;
• Must have a relative work experience of at least 3 years;
• Willing to work long hours and physically fit;
• With good moral character and good leadership skills;
3. LINE COOK
• Male / Female;
• Not over 45 years old;
• Preferably graduate of Culinary Arts or related field;
• At least 3 years work experience as a Chef in an upscale restaurant;
• Willing to work long hours;
• Physically fit;
• With good moral character;
• With good leadership skills;
